The Story of Our Orchard Located 500 meters above sea level in the sun-drenched village of Bozburun, our single-estate olive grove benefits from 300 days of sunshine a year. The natural temperature variations between day and night impart our olive oil with distinct, vibrant tasting notes of lemon, almond, and fresh grass. Because every olive comes exclusively from our own land, we maintain absolute control over quality from branch to bottle.
Our unique grove brings together six immigrant varieties (Arbequina, Arbosana, Picual, and Sikitita from Spain; Koroneiki from Crete; Lecciana from Italy) alongside three native varieties (Ayvalık, Gemlik, and Domat). Growing together on the same terrain, these trees naturally cross-pollinate, creating a remarkably complex and enriched flavor profile.
Why Our Oil is Exceptional:
Early & Hand-Harvested: We carefully hand-pick our olives early in the season. This delicate process prevents fruit damage, keeps acidity extremely low, and boosts the healthy phenolic content up to three times higher than standard olive oils.
Cold-Pressed Perfection: Pressed within 24 hours of harvest, our cold-extraction method locks in the natural flavors, volatile aromas, and nutritional value.
Meticulous Preservation: To ensure the oil remains exactly as fresh as the day it was pressed, it is immediately transferred to climate-controlled steel tanks. We seal these tanks with argon gas, completely preventing oxygen exposure and preserving the oil's beautiful fragrance and health benefits.
